Sarah Pimentel brings more than two decades of experience managing real estate portfolios, overseeing capital projects, and building operational infrastructure for organizations ranging from privately held corporations to major cultural institutions.

She currently serves as a senior strategic advisor to the CEO of a luxury residential construction firm scaling across four state markets - a role that keeps her fluent in the realities of budgets, timelines, contractors, and the gap between what a pro forma promises and what a project delivers.

Her work has spanned 15 years of commercial portfolio management, executive financial reporting for one of New York City's largest museums, and the ground-up operational buildout of a high-growth construction firm.
